Kurs auf Jahressicht 9% im minus, auf Sicht von drei Jahren fast 26%. Divi-Rendite über 5%. So wirklich schlau werde ich da nicht draus.

Meldung vom 9.2.:
"Reduced revenue in some areas, higher finance costs and lower contributions from regional associates hit earnings at telco Singtel in the third quarter. Net profit came in at $890 million, down 8.5 per cent from the same period last year, (...) However, operating revenue for the three months to Dec 31 rose 4 per cent to $4.6 billion, in large part due to strong contributions from its core and digital businesses, while its Australian unit Optus recorded its highest quarterly postpaid customer growth."

"while correction of the share prices of the three telcos started since mid-CY16, we believe valuations do not accurately reflect the fundamental outlook of Singtel (...)” he adds.

[The analyst] "remains positive on Singtel’s longer-term outlook given its focus on growing its cyber security, ICT solutions capabilities, digital advertising and other digital-related businesses."
