umfeld der umfangreichen Zuénoula- liegenschaft.........



da sollte sich auch auf seiten der investoren alsbald zuversicht auf pos. expl.- resultate einstellen
können............grad hinsichtlich hist. hoher gold- notierungen bzw. einer akt. MK von
nicht einaml cad- mios 2,- ( a 1,5ct. ) !!!!

The resolution of these debts strengthens the company's balance sheet, which will, in turn, better position the company for future equity financings, as market conditions warrant..........

.....gold- preis hält sein HOHES niv. bei usd 2000,- oz und unterstreicht damit status
einer ´krisen- währung´........auch wenns scheint, daß jüngst getroffene maßnahmen
der national- banken, insbesondere der aus SWITZERLAND, die fin.- märkte zunächst
einmal haben beruhigen können - dennoch unruhe am markt noch nicht verschwunden.......IMO

umso erfreulicher die news, daß unsre SPX schon in Q2 mit nem folge- expl.- programm auf
TICHKA- proj. starten will..........wie nachfolg. auszug anzeigt.......

Stellar AfricaGold Inc.'s phase I drilling program has begun at the B-structure and a new gold-bearing structure has been discovered at Stellar's Tichka Est gold project in Morocco.

Commentary

"The commencement of the phase I drilling program of the B-structure is definitely an important milestone for Stellar and its exciting Tichka Est project," declared Stellar's vice-president, exploration, and chief operating officer Maurice Giroux. "After all the tremendous work required to access the mineralized zones in such a steep terrain the drill rig is now on site and drilling is under way.

"Additionally, the outstanding results from the initial prospection of the stream sediment anomalies confirm the gold potential throughout the 82-square-kilometre area covered by the permits of the Tichka Est gold project. A newly discovered structure, designated C2 and detailed below, will be mapped, trenched and sampled for a better geological interpretation, and all other gold- and copper-rich sampled structures will be revisited for a better structural and geological assessment. Over all, this is going to be a very exciting period in Stellar's development."......

STELLAR ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Stellar AfricaGold Inc. has closed the second and final tranche of a private placement at six cents per unit. Each unit is composed of one common share in the capital of the company and one share purchase warrant. Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one common share at a price of $0.15 for a period of two years from the date of issuance.

The first tranche closed on June 1, 2022 in which 8,840,000 Units were issued and the second tranche closed today in which 2,206,667 Units were issued, for a total of 11,046,667 Units issued under the Placement for gross proceeds of $662,800.02...........
