Hab gesehen das über 44 mio Aktien schon in Händen von Institutionen ist. Sauber freu mich auf die Zukunft

Bin seit mehreren Tagen bereits in Tuscan investiert.
Der Merger ist natürlich nicht sicher aber bei 10,xx ist mir die Option in dieser Konstellation einen 5 stelligen Betrag wert.
Kommt es zu dem merger knallts meiner Meinung nach.
Microvast ist eine company die bereits seit 2006 existiert und 100 mil an revenues erzielt. Weiterentwicklung der Batterien im gesamten EV Bereich vorantreibt. Versorgt in mehreren Staaten bereits ihre Technik.
In Brandenburg nahe Tesla ist die Europazentrale kurz vor der Eröffnung mit Fertigungsbeginn.
Das kann richtig knallen. Schaut euch die Entwicklungen anderer Bathersteller an.

Eine Frage noch...sollte die Fusion scheitern und nicht zu Stande kommen, was würde das hier für den Kurs bedeuten?

Nur zur Sicherheit: Die WKN hier stimmt dazu? Gibt ja zahlreiche Tuscan Holdings Aktien...
Werde mal beobachten und mich weiter informieren, überlege auch einzusteigen.

- Wandel zum zukünftigen Preis. Beispiel: Tag vor Merger Kurs bei 39 USD, dann sind Microvast mit gleicher Stückzahl zu 39 USD im Depot (am nächsten Tag dann Handel in Microvastaktien)
- Kursziele von Analysten gibt es noch nicht, Preisbildung Unternehmenswert auf Basis 10 USD bewegt sich voraussichtlich um 2,x Mrd USD. Das ist Teil der Verhandlungen um das definitive Agreement
- Kursausschläge waren „normale“ Marktbewegungen, nicht newsgetrieben

Hallo zusammen! Kannste SPAC bisher noch überhaupt nicht.
Würde hierzu gerne etwas wissen. Wenn die Tuscan Aktien in Microvast umgewandelt werden, zu welchem Preis? Dem jetzigen, bzw. den wir dann zu dem Zeitpunkt hier sehen? Gibt es dann auch schon Kursziele bzw. wie bewertet sich der Kurs der Microvast dann? Gibts da Schätzungen in welchem Bereich man sich bewegt?

Hier gabs ja vor ein paar Tagen auch Ausschläge nach oben, wie kamen diese zu stande?
Wie groß ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit das Microvast der Fusion doch nicht zustimmen könnte? Vielen Dank für eure Bemühungen. Klingt auf jeden Fall mega interessant. Sofern das Chance/Risiko Verhältnis paßt.

Gerade noch einen Artikel aus 2019 vom Manager Magazin mit einem Interview des Microvast Deutschland Chefs gefunden, wo die Pläne nochmal skizziert - auch für Europa. Das liest sich richtig richtig gut und hier kann man auch nochmal mehr über die Vorteile der Batterien von Microvast erfahren, die kundenspezifisch hergestellt werden und doch so einige Vorteile mit sich bringen (Ladezeiten von gerade mal 15min).
